Paris Hilton is “terrified†about her safety on her forthcoming trip to Rwanda – but insists she will still go. The Simple Life star, 26, is making a charity jaunt to the African nation next month (Nov07) to film scenes for her new reality TV series. But the hotel heiress is concerned about her personal safety. She says, “I’m scared, yeah. I’ve heard it’s really dangerous. I’ve never been on a trip like this before.â€
