Here is Paris on the set of ther new movie last thursday. The heiress is trying to prove to us that she works so hard for this film. In fact, she recently dropped her party girl stunts and turned to attending acting classes plus reading the book “The Power of the Actor” to prepare for an Oscar.

“I’m serious about acting and I have a bunch of movies lined up. I think I can become a good actress. It’s something I want to prove to myself and to other people. I feel I’m getting better and feeling more confident about what I can do as an actress,” the heiress said.

The new film, The Hottie and the Nottie, directed by Tom Putnam, is about a woman who refuses to marry her long-term boyfriend until he finds a suitor for her ugly friend.

“I have a bunch of movies lined up. I think I can become a good actress. It’s something I want to prove to myself and to other people. I feel I’m getting better and feeling more confident about what I can do as an actress,” Paris added.

‘The Hottie and the Nottie’ is set to appear in 2008.
