Paris Hilton has found a new neighborhood to terrorize!

The heiress just bought a 5-bedroom, Mediterranean-style Beverly Hills mansion for $6.25 million, Us Weekly reports.

The 7,5000 square foot home located in the gated community of Mulholland Estates features a gym, gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances, a butler’s pantry and a wine closet.

And Hilton’s not the only A-lister upgrading her pad.

The 7,000-square-foot Beverly Hills crib Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have been renting is back on the market – for $100,000 a month!

Why?

The couple (in Berlin while Cruise films Valkyrie) will relocate to a new 90210-area home come October.

Cruise and Holmes’ home has massive staff quarters, says a source.

But renters beware: “The grounds are beautiful, but the house is run down and old, and the furniture is not fashionable at all,” says a source who has seen the abode (built in 1927).

“Plus, the layout is unusual. Suri’s bedroom is connected to Katie’s closet. It’s quite surprising that Tom and Katie lived there.”
