There’s finally a medical explanation to Paris’ controversial wonky eye.

According to a Beverly Hills source, Hilton allegedly went to a plastic surgeon with sister Nicky earlier this week seeking to “fix her drooping left eyelid.” It was said that Paris had hush-hush surgery six years ago to lift her lids. The muscles of her left eye were supposedly damaged as a result, “causing it to droop more than the right”-a look that was once parodied on “South Park.”

As far as I know, you can’t wear your contact lenses if there’s a problem with your eyelids coz it may cause discomfort, or worse, eye infection. The heiress, who is busy filming her new flick, has made things worse by wearing her blue-tinted contact lenses, which—according to her—is part of her image.

“They have been drying out lately. She is ignoring doctors’ orders to not wear her tinted contacts,” said the tipster.

However, Elliot Mintz, the heiress’ rep, quickly told Page Six, “To the best of my knowledge, Paris has never had any kind of cosmetic surgery and has not mentioned any medical procedures having to do with her eyes.”
