Paris Hilton was rumored to be headed to Maricopa County, Arizona to meet Sheriff Joe Arpaio and be locked up in Tent City, his infamous county jail where inmates are housed in tents outside and are clothed in old fashioned jail stripes, when she was spending time in lock up in Los Angeles for a probation violation last summer.  But it was not meant to be at that time.  Now Sheriff Joe may have another shot at Paris if she misbehaves.

Paris is all over Phoenix and Scottsdale Arizona this weekend as events rage on towards Super Bowl XXLII.  She certainly will want to hire a driver if she is slamming down any alcohol as will all of the other celebs that are in Phoenix for the big event.

Collins plays the younger version of Hilton’s character in the film.

The red carpet premiere is Tuesday in Los Angeles. The movie opens February 8.

This is Collins’ first feature film. She has previously appeared on major network television shows, including CBS’ short-lived series “The Class” in 2006 and had a guest role on ABC’s “Private Practice” last year.

Collins has also finished shooting two horror films that are scheduled to be released later this year - “Pulse 2″ and “The Amusement.”

Collins, 8, first appeared in commercials before making her television debut in 2006.

Collins also enjoys singing, tennis and playing with her toys. She gets straight A’s at her school in Lake City. When she’s on the road, she takes her homework with her and has teachers on the set.

Collins wants to continue acting forever. “I’m going to do it until I die!” says Karley.

Late night host David Letterman publicly apologized to Paris Hilton on Friday night for hurting her feelings during an infamous 2007 interview.

The TV presenter upset the socialite when he grilled her about her prison stint last year, and refused to change the subject when Hilton begged him to.

So, when Hilton agreed to return to Letterman’s The Late Show to promote her new film The Hottie & The Nottie, the host decided it was time to make amends.

Before introducing the hotel heiress, Letterman said, “I made a fool of myself and I hurt the woman’s feelings. I went too far.”

The host revealed Hilton was adamant she’d never appear on the show again, but he tracked her down to apologize, sent her a letter and flowers, and implored her to change her mind: “I said… let me apologize to you in person.”

“In 26 years of being on the air, I have offended thousands of people… but Paris, God bless her, has the backbone to come and be on the show.”

True to his word, Letterman began his chat with Hilton by apologizing for his behavior during their previous encounter, prompting his smiling guest to say, “I hope you got the whole jail thing out of your system.”

And the chat show host was on his best behavior, chatting to Hilton about her new film and helping her to promote her own sparkling wine, cellphone videogame and shoe, jewellery, watch, scent and clothing lines.

The thrilled socialite had some kind words for the host when he asked her if she was glad to be back, stating, “You’re being really well behaved so far. You’re not being naughty.”

And, after swearing she’d return, Letterman presented Hilton with a bunch of flowers.

Rap superstar 50 Cent kicked Paris Hilton offstage and reduced her to tears during a pre-Super Bowl concert on Thursday.

Hilton hosted the bash for 944 magazine in Scottsdale, Arizona and was stunned when the headliner turned on her.

The two star attractions have been romantically linked in the past, but there was no love lost when Hilton tried to steal the show.

After 50 Cent namechecked her during his performance, Hilton climbed onstage to dance, but was promptly told to “Get the f*** off the stage” by the angry star.

Onlookers tell PageSix.com the outburst prompted Hilton to break down in tears, which was captured on film by photographers at the event.

The party was one of a number of bashes taking place in Arizona this weekend to mark the Super Bowl showdown between the New England Patriots and the New York Giants on Sunday.

Paris Hilton shared a lesbian kiss with Elisha Cuthbert on Tuesday night (29.01.08).

The hotel heiress and the ‘24′ star brazenly made out on the dance floor in front of fellow clubbers at New York’s trendy Tenjune club.

One onlooker said: “They were drinking and dancing, and all of suddenly they just started kissing. They were all over each other and making out for about a minute.

“That’s Paris - she loves putting on a show.”

Despite multiple witnesses, 25-year-old Elisha’s representative has denied the story.

Paris and Elisha have been good friends since they co-starred in ‘House of Wax’. Elisha began partying with Paris after splitting from ice-hockey player Sean Avery last August.

Paris says:

A source told the New York Post newspaper: “Paris kept bothering Jared during the Camp Freddy concert at Village at the Yard. Then she attacked him at Hyde nightclub, giving him lap dances and kissing him.”

Meanwhile, the 26-year-old socialite’s little sister Nicky and her boyfriend David Katzenberg have also been causing trouble at the festival.

The couple indulged in a little lap dancing and took intimate photographs of themselves at Club Stereo at Doolin’s Bar on Main Street on Friday night (18.01.08).

Hey everyone! Hope you all had an amazing new year so far. I have, and I’ve never been happier. Last night we had the first screening of my movie The Hottie and the Nottie in Dallas, Texas, at the Regent Park Theater. It was so exciting to be watching it for the first time with a live audience and the response was incredible. It made me so very happy and proud to be a part of such an amazing project. It’s a hilarious film with both a beautiful message and a fun love story…it’s the perfect date movie!

My co-stars Joel David Moore, Christine Lakin, and Johann Urb are not only great actors and perfect for their characters, but are close friends as well. I had the best time on set and will never forget my time working with them. Joel, my love interest in the film, is probably one of the funniest human beings on the planet–he is such a natural comedian. I could hardly keep a straight face during scenes because he was always using improv and saying the craziest, most outlandish things.

Christine, who plays “The Nottie,” is one of the sweetest girls I know and is such a talented actress. Plus, I give her major props for having to go through three hours of hair and makeup a day to look the way she did for her character. Finally, Johann is not only one of the most beautiful men I’ve ever laid eyes on, but is also very down-to-earth and intelligent. He was a pleasure to work with on set and was a great singer, just to give you a little insight on my peeps

So back to last night at the premiere: after we screened the movie, we had an afterparty at The Ghost Bar, the new hotspot in Dallas at the W Hotel. It was a beautiful club and everyone had a great time. I was there with my friends from the up-and-coming band, “Forever the Sickest Kids”–check them out on their MySpace page at www.myspace.com/foreverthesickestkids . They are six musicians from Texas…I love their music and they are such sweet guys!

Socialite Paris Hilton has sparked reports of a romance with Lindsay Lohan’s ex-boyfriend Jared Leto, after the pair were caught kissing at a party at the Sundance Film Festival.

The star, 26, was snapped getting up close and personal with the 35-year-old actor-turned-rocker at the MySpace Music night earlier this week when she reportedly treated Leto to a sexy lapdance before locking lips with the star at the Park City bash in Utah.
