The tides have receded for the once white hot celebrity that was pursued and fawned over in local hot spots and restaurants.

Paris Hilton is feeling the affects of her serial bad behavior and over-saturation in the media as others are stealing her thunder, and once likely hunky beaus who would have been on her arm are running for the hills.

HBO’s “Entourage” star Adrian Grenier was allegedly “minding his own business at the new club Opera”, according to celebrity reporter Janet Charlton, when Paris Hilton “zeroed in on him.”

A Charlton spywitness told her: “She was all over him – flirting like crazy.”

“After tossing her hair and turning on the charm, Paris asked Adrian for his phone number,” claims Charlton.

Witness reports say the HBO star refused and retorted: “I have a girlfriend.”

Paris allegedly came back with a snappy “I don’t care!” and wouldn’t quit. He allegedly held his ground and refused.

Undaunted, she allegedly circled Grenier like a shark, approaching for one last try: “I still want your number!” Again, according to Charlton, he refused, “looking uncomfortable.”

More celebrity schadenfreude fun as Hilton is also being replaced by Victoria Beckham as the hottest “E” ticket in town for the paparazzi and flocks of fans.

Posh, according to Charlton, has “one-upped her (Paris) by getting a new convertible Bentley with “VB” monogrammed on the white leather seats.”
