American reality TV star Brody Jenner has denied reports he enjoyed an intimate kiss with socialite Paris Hilton at a New Year party, despite apparent photo evidence to the contrary.

The Hills star insists he and Hilton are good pals – but have never tried to take their relationship to the next level.

He tells People.com, “I’ve never made out with Paris Hilton so that’s false. False rumours!

“I swear to God I’ve never kissed Paris ever in my life. We’re friends but never, never ever, ever was it a romantic thing, ever. I would love to see proof of us kissing because that’s never happened. I swear.”

The couple sparked rumours of a romance after the hotel heiress was seen kissing a man dressed in a grey T-shirt and baseball hat at a New Year’s Eve party at Lax nightclub in Las Vegas. Jenner was seen wearing similar attire later that night while out with Hilton.

“Girls Gone Wild” mogul Joe Francis went on Howard Stern dishing about his sexual conquests and putting the golden spotlight on Paris Hilton.When Stern asked Francis who gave the best oral sex, he responded, “Paris is the best … Paris is amazing in bed … better than anyone.”

As for the worst, Joe said it was Tara Reid. Robin asked, “Does she just lay there?” and he said, “Yeah, pretty much.”

Some points (according to Joe):
- Paris is better at Oral Sex than Lindsay (but he backtracks and says he and Linds are just friends).
- Paris is the best in bed out of all his celebrity conquests.
- Paris was at her best in the ParisExposed era.
- Tara Reid is bad in bed, maybe because she just lays there, maybe because she’s the only one he used protection with.

Too many good reviews about Paris’ performance in bed, wonder if the tampon-smoker heiress asked sleezy Joe to say all of this just to get a better publicity from her ParisExposed saga.

Yup, it’s final, Paris filed a federal lawsuit for violation of Federal Copyright laws and violation of Paris’ right to privacy.

In her lawsuit, heiress Paris said she put her possessions in storage two years ago when she and her sister, Nicky, moved out of a house that had been burglarized, Yahoo News reports.

Paris said a moving company was supposed to pay the storage fees and was “shocked and surprised” to learn her belongings were sold at a public auction.

“I was appalled to learn that people are exploiting my and my sisters’ private personal belongings for commercial gain,” Paris said in a declaration supporting the lawsuit, adding she was concerned the information could be used for identity theft or harassment.

The lawsuit alleges defendants Nabil and Nabila Haniss paid $2,775 for the contents of the storage unit and later sold the items for $10 million to entrepreneur Bardia Persa, who created the site ParisExposed.com.

Phone numbers for Nabil and Nabila Haniss of Culver City could not be located. Persa did not immediately respond to an e-mail Monday seeking comment.

Hilton spokesman Elliot Mintz said that she would like the site shut down and “would like all of these items returned to her.”

ParisExposed.com has gotten more than 1.2 million visitors in just over 40 hours. However, the creators are staying mum on how many of those visitors paid the $39.95 fee to access the heiress’ stuff.

Owner Bardia Persa says he expects to break even on his purchase—he says he paid close to $10 million for the contents of Paris’ storage unit, which are currently tucked away safely in a storage unit in Switzerland.

Bardia should’ve known better. Now he learns the importance of not making the heiress “incredibly upset and angry.” (yeah, coz she aint gonna sit around and wait for you to bring her down!)

Hilton’s spokesman Elliot Mintz says Paris is “keeping her legal options open.” In fact, according to a snitch of Post Chronicle, Paris Hilton’s lawyers will be busy in court on Monday as a civil suit is being filed along with a temporary restraining order against Persa.

As of the moment, there have been online visitors who said that they were having some trouble accessing the site. To all Paris stalkers out there, sad to say, but the Hilton-nirvana is shutting down sooner than you think.

Paris Hilton and “Girls Gone Wild” creator Joe Francis are planning for a legal battle against the creators of ParisExposed.com for releasing the porn videos made during their months-long courtship.

“We’re pissed and I feel for Paris right now. She’s been victimized yet again,” Joe told PageSix. “We want this thing down and we’re seeking monetary damages.”

He said that videos of him with a topless Paris were only intended for their eyes, and that the sex-crazed heiress is “devastated” that they’ve been made available to the public.

“They were taken for us only when we were dating. These guys have absolutely no right to use the images—they flat-out put them on the Web with no permission. He messed with the wrong person,” Joe said.

In another interview, Joe has admitted trying to buy the footage back. “I was actually trying to negotiate to get my tapes back, but we were unsuccessful. They had asked me for $7m,” he told E News.

“I shot the tapes and there are pictures of me, and somebody else disseminated it without my permission. This was meant to be a (private) video that I made with my girlfriend at the time, who was Paris Hilton.”

The notorious twosome is also seeking criminal charges because the site’s creators—”Sultan of Sleaze” David Hans Schmidt and broker Bardia Persa—posted her medical records, revealing she was taking Valtrex to treat herpes.

No stranger to negative publicity, Paris is nonetheless “incredibly upset and angry” and feels “victimized” by the blatant invasion of her privacy, according to Hilton Spokesman Eliot Mintz.

So you’re obssessed with Paris? Good for you, there’s a new webby that’s got a hold of a seemingly endless “private” stuff of the heiress.

ParisExposed.com, which launched yesterday, boasts that it has an array of Hilton photographs, home videos, diaries, love letters, recorded phone conversations and phone numbers of friends and celebrities, all left behind at a Los-Angeles based storage facility.

The items were sold to an unidentified buyer after a third party failed to make payments to the facility, and eventually wound up in the hands of a broker aiming to sell them, Hilton’s spokesman, Elliot Mintz, told The Associated Press Tuesday, as reported by Boston Herald.

All the new goods “were acquired by me through a broker,” said Bardia Persa, who created ParisExposed.com. Users must pay a monthly fee of $39.97 to access the site, which promises footage of the heiress in a ‘sexy bubble bath’ video. It also says it has various shots of Hilton in ‘racy situations,’ and footage of her drinking with friends and using illegal substances.

Check out the site while it’s up… coz Paris camp will do everything to bring it down. “We certainly are going to explore all of our legal options about this matter,” Mintz said.
